Marvel again at Chile, from north to south

Accessibility settings

Starting November 1st, non-resident foreigners can travel freely throughout the country if proof of full vaccination is provided and a Covid-19 test completed upon arrival yields a negative result. This measure seeks to attract the arrival of foreign tourists to our country, while at the same time continuing to preventively control and trace Covid-19 cases.

Here you'll find 3 must-see destinations, from north to south, so you can plan your next trip to Chile:

Atacama desert

For the seventh consecutive year, Chile was recognized as Best Adventure Tourism Destination in South America at the World Travel Awards. Chile also won for the fourth consecutive year the award for Best Romantic Destination for the Atacama desert, the driest in the world. Come and be dazzled by salt flats, geysers and lagoons, and explore the universe from a privileged place, with the clearest skies on the planet.

Valparaiso

Get lost in the streets and hills of this port city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and located just an hour and a half from Santiago. Its picturesque stairs, elevators and colorful houses have made Valparaíso the favorite residence of renowned writers and artists such as Pablo Neruda.

Frutillar

This city on the shores of Lake Llanquihue was named Creative City of Music by UNESCO in 2017. Walk along the black sand beach and marvel with the experience of listening to a symphonic concert at the Teatro del Lago, watching the sunset with views of Osorno volcano.
