Cerro Group

Grupo Cerro is a company that provides 24/7 and 100% renewable energy. It owns the Cerro Dominador solar thermal plant, located in the Antofagasta Region, and 11 run-of-river hydroelectric plants, located in the regions of O'Higgins, El Maule, Bío Bío and La Araucanía. The Cerro Dominador Solar complex, with a capacity of 210 MW, combines a 100 MW photovoltaic plant with a 110 MW solar thermal plant. The Group's current installed capacity is 280 MW. Grupo Cerro, owned by funds managed by EIG Global Energy Partners, seeks to contribute to the transformation of the energy matrix by developing renewable energy projects that are flexible, manageable and sustainable.
