Germany and Chile signed a letter of intent on Tuesday for a bilateral alliance on hydrogen production and trade, to try to facilitate a supply chain of renewable energy between the countries, the German Economy Ministry said in a press release.
The two will create a task force to build hydrogen-based economies and identify unseen viable projects in an initial energy partnership agreement established in 2019, he said.
