Chile vaccinates 23% of its population and offers to collaborate with Latam

Almost a year after the arrival of the pandemic in Chile, the South American country has vaccinated with a first dose almost 23% of the 15 million Chileans it expects to immunize by the end of June and does not rule out the possibility of cooperating in the future with other countries in the region that are much further behind, authorities said on Monday.

To date, the total number of immunized persons was 3,433,987, equivalent to 22.89% of the target population of 15 million and 17.6% of the total population of 19 million.
